Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition

- Returns must be sent by mail
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or defective items?
Email us a photo at support@momcaressentials.store and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
